Development Proposal Image Manipulation

I created a photo manipulation to demonstrate proposed uses for an existing building that a developer was considering purchasing. I was given a general list of business types and a suggested style for the building elements. I searched for photo elements to incorporate, cleaned up some aspects of the existing building (graffiti, peeling paint, signage) and manipulated the photo elements to create a visualization tool that demonstrated the proposed uses. The developer was then able to present the altered image to businesses they hoped to appeal to as future tenants of the building after the remodel.
